1 year and 2 months ago when I first met Keri Porter I had no idea how that first women’s wheeling weekend would impact my life so much. Then the second one a year later would impact me even more. The people who she surrounds herself with are all an inspiration to those around them. I hope one day I can be as much of an inspiration to others as she is /they are to me. She continues to inspire those around her regardless of where you are at in life. She is an amazing woman and if you have not gone on one of her adventures you are truly missing out. I don’t know if she realizes how much she has helped me grow mentally over the past year and for that I will be forever grateful.

Had such an amazing time at the women's wheeling weekend in Hot Springs, AK. 1st time ever doing this and they made me feel so comfortable. By the end, I was tackling every obstacles they put in front of me. Highly recommend!

Spent the weekend with an amazing group of ladies. Learned that I knew more than I thought, but still have so much more to learn. The way that these ladies encourage and empower each other is something that is truly amazing. Can't wait to attend another event. Knowing that Keri and Paul are watching out for my wife while she attends the Women’s Weekend Ride makes me feel at ease. I know she is safe and that they will get her off trail in the unlikely chance she has a failure on her Jeep. These rides are great confidence builders for everyone! Just finished up my second Women’s Wheeling Weekend with Discover 4x4(Keri+Paul). I attended my first one last year in Missouri and was super excited for the one that just happened in Arkansas. I have to tell you, I have been to over 50 guided trail events, and Discover 4x4 blows them out of the water. The attention to detail is next level. The food they provide their participants is amazing, something you can actually eat and wouldn’t mind feeding your family. The trails are structured to keep you safe, yet entertained, all the while pushing you and your vehicle(if you want) to the next level. And the lodging provided with your entry is comfortable, clean, and relaxing! Recovery is always provided if you get stuck or break something during the ride, because let’s face it, it happens when you’re putting your vehicle through the trails. I feel safe to attend these events without my husband, everyone is super respectful. Keri’s husband Paul is very active “behind the scenes” during the ladies event but never involved with us so the comfort level of some shy ladies remains steadfast. I can’t say enough good things about this event. The trails are pre run by their trail guides so it flows smoothly, and the nightly dinners and hang out sessions after really help the group feel like a group no matter what trail difficulty you ran that day. Looking forward to participating in future women’s rides as well as co-ed/family rides! Thanks for everything Keri+Paul!

Signed up for my first group event (Women’s wheeling weekend), what an awesome experience. Being new to off-roading/overlanding it was a tremendous help to have such amazing support and guidance through the trails. Keri and everyone who was working with her were phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better experience. I learned so much from all of these amazing women.

5 Stars for sure!! We met Paul and Keri during the Hocking Hills Podcast Jeep event last year. First and foremost, I would absolutely recommend their 101 off-road class before doing any kind of offloading!! They will help understand the mechanical and technical aspects of your vehicle and what it takes to Off-road safely. they went above and beyond to help my wife and I understand moderate trails with our jeep wrangler. They’ve given us the confidence and ability to do more and enjoy adventures together. We will be signing up for more adventures with them very soon. Thank you Paul and Keri.

I have done numerous trips with Discover 4x4. If you want to just learn about your off road vehicle and mild off roading, or more extreme off road, this is the place. Paul and Keri Porter are great host/ owners, they will ensure you have a great time, are safe, and always professional guides. I look forward to many more adventures and experiences!!

Keri and Paul are incredible. I have been on more trips with them than I can count and every single one has been an amazing adventure. I have learned everything I know from off-roading, recovery, mapping, and even how to work on my vehicle from these two. They’re patient, kind, and so encouraging (funny too). Our family has truly enjoyed being on the trails with them! Don’t hesitate, take the trip! I promise you will have a great time!

Joined up with these guys in Hocking Hills for an off-road adventure. They were awesome leaders, great communication on the walkies the whole time and they were fully prepared for the stucks that happened. Would definitely ride with them again!
